 Registration Policies
For Conference registration, payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form.
The registration is transferable (to a colleague) on request till November 10, 2011.
On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.
All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
 
 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received upto November 10, 2011 will be entitled to 35% refund.
Cancellation after this date are liable to lose the entire fee.
 
 Payment
For DOMESTIC DELEGATES: Please make the Cheque/Draft in Favour of "QAI", payable at New Delhi, India.
For INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES: Only US Dollar Drafts will be accepted.
