He has worked with enterprises and ISVs, across business domains. His responsibilities in CSS include heading test consulting, test automation and performance engineering practices.

Bharathy Ramalingam has over fifteen years of IT experience with more than eight years in managing Oracle 8i/9i/10g, Sybase 12.x/11.x/10.0 and DB2 UDB V7.x/V8.x databases. For the past seven years Bharathy has been involved in benchmarking and performance engineering, and tuning large Oracle, MS-SQL Server, DB2 and Sybase databases for large banks.

Gnanaprakasam Dhayanantham has six years of IT experience with 3 years of experience in performance engineering. Gnanaprakasam has been involved in numerous large performance-testing assignments for international financial institutions. He has spearheaded the development of CSS load-testing tool offering which has been incorporated into CloudTestGo.

Srinivasan Natarajan has over fifteen years of IT experience & more than 8 years in the architecting and development of server-based applications. For the past eight years Srinivasan has been involved in the performance engineering & tuning of large-scale multi-user applications, primarily for financial institutions.
