Miss Pratima has over 6 yrs of experience in Core Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities while aiming for continuous process improvement of the whole software development life cycle. She has good analytical skill which helps in understanding the business requirements in a very short span of time. Her focus areas are Effort Estimation, Peer Review, Root Cause Analysis, and Different Types of Testing including requirement analysis to UAT support. She has always been involved in analyzing different matrices leading to overall product quality improvement. Determining the scope and identifying risks, leading to better requirements implementations is one of her core strengths. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) and is also a ISTQB certified tester.

He is a Certified Project Management Professional PMP® and PRINCE2® having more than 15 years of extensive experience in project and program management with implementation of Test Automation Framework using HP and IBM suite of product. Some of his key implementation includes Validation Accelerator with e-signature for FDA compliance, End-to-End SOA testing using HP-STM & Soap UI Data Pro and Birlasoft Reusable Automated Testing Framework (RATF®).
