As we all know, ‘Agile’ is a buzz word these days and organizations are increasingly adopting it to be their Software development methodology. Undoubtedly in the near future Agile Software development methodology will be prominently used.

While there are lots of advantages of adopting this methodology, there are certain challenges too, being faced specifically by the test teams. This paper highlights some of these challenges and also provides recommendations to
address these challenges.
