Workshop Overview
Software testing has evolved over the years from providing a service to delivering value due to changes in demand from the customers. As customers push service providers into business models like outcome and output based rather than the traditional T&M & FP models -there is also a corresponding shift in the way we deliver testing services today. Target Audience
This tutorial is meant for test project managers and above as well as people who are involved in setting up managed testing services.

Usha, Lakshmy is both CTO of a Delivery Unit and Senior consultant in Tech Mahindra. Since 1997 she has been mostly focused on Software Testing.

She has experience in consulting, presales, process etc in different organizations. She is currently involved in leading a CoE team predominantly focused on automation, tools and stub development as well as capability building, knowledge management.
