What are the Benefits of eGAP?

Online gap analysis gives same results as the conventional form of Gap Analysis but at a much lower cost.

It offers huge savings in terms of the cost incurred in travel and stay of the LA/consultants.

It gives your teams the flexibility to choose the day and time convenient for them to provide inputs for gap analysis. Every thing need not be done in the week of LA/consultant’s visit.

The service gives you the opportunity to learn from the expert advise of Asia’s largest operational consulting firm.

Lays the foundation of process improvement journey. The organization may or may not proceed with the process improvement journey after the gap analysis; however, in both the cases this exercise is beneficial i.e. the investment made by the company is protected in both the cases.

-

If the organization goes for model based process improvement journey (e.g. CMMI®) – the findings of the gap analysis can be used as the base for initiating the journey.

-

If the organization does not go for model based process improvement – the findings of the gap analysis can be used for internal improvements, by closing the process weaknesses highlighted during the activity.

Gives you the freedom to choose your consulting partner for the process improvement journey.
