Corporate Governance is the set of processes, customs, policies, laws, and institutions affecting the way a corporation is directed, administered or controlled. By managing the Project Governance in a better way, we can make better impact on the Corporate Governance. A key part of the PMO is ‘managing by walking around’ — visiting the core team, talking to the members and picking up the ‘vibes’ earlier rather than late. Corporate Governance team can use PMO for managing by walking around.
Almost all Corporate above failed mainly in the following three areas:
1. Ethics
2. Transparency
3. Disclosure
This paper describes the possibility of using PMO for better Corporate Governance in the above 3 Areas.
