In the era we live in, there is hardly any organization that functions without the support of Information technology services and support. Meet
Anju Arora
Anju Arora is certified ITIL Service Manager (V2) and carries rich experience of 12 years in the IT and ITES space. She is actively involved in building capabilities around IT service management through trainings and providing consultation to delivery teams and customers on implementation of ITSM practices.
She has worked extensively on different process frameworks and control standards like ITILV2 and V3, CMMI 1.2, PCMM, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SAS 70. Besides, she is also certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
