The session will focus on how Lean and other quality methodologies can help an IT service provider to improve CSAT, save cost and improve productivity. It will also include how ITILŪ processes can help us identify the improvement areas followed by identification methodology of improvement areas, team members, taking management sign off etc and finally to show the results of improvement projects using the quality methodologies.

Jayanth Samprathi Jayanth has about 20 years of experience in IT, particularly in Infrastructure Management. He is a ITILŪ V3 foundation certified, ISO20000 Internal Auditor, Lean facilitator, MICOM Multiplexer by Micom at Bangalore, IDNX Multiplexer by NET at Singapore, Lucent Systimax Structured Cabling by Lucent at Bangalore and certified Netware Engineer.
