The objective is to familiarize training institutes and trainers with TÜV SÜD Akademie's quality policy and quality claim and achieve the guidelines of the ITIL® V3 scheme.

It also offers its own qualification and certification scheme (e.g. as per ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001).

TÜV SÜD South Asia has partnered with TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH, Certification Body for Persons, and works on behalf of the last-named as national Subsidiary office/operating unit
