STAR
Anil Punjwani, Lead Global Service Delivery Manager, Collaboration and Productivity  Philips Electronics India Limited
Anil Punjwani

If we want IT Department to have better 'Net Promoter Scores (NPS)', let's get this one part straight: Gen-Y means business and that means good IT service management. Yes, they are IT Savvy and as such they expect to have instant resolution right from access to information to latest gizmo's malfunction. One final thing: they are ambitious.

So that will mean you need to have IT Service Management running like a well oiled machinery to be able to service all these demands. It is important to have business objectives, service level objectives and technology infrastructure aligned.

Meet Anil Punjwani
Anil started his career as a scientist after completing his Engineering from VJTI Mumbai. He has more than 18 year of experience in leading IT, security and mission critical computing infrastructure. He is passionate about service and business aspects of IT. In past he was IT Head for Philips Innovation Campus and has held several leadership positions in IT in various industries.
