BCS Specialist Qualifications in IT Service Management
STAR
Graham Morris, International Account Manager
British Computer Society
Graham Morris

BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, has developed a suite of six new service management qualifications which focus on specific job roles within organisations.

BCS Specialist Qualifications in IT Service Management draw on the broad range of good practice in service management and are not limited to ITIL®. They embrace COBIT®, ISO/IEC 20000, SFIA/SFIAplus and ITIL® - enabling you to develop a complete portfolio of service management training courses and qualifications.

In addition to job specific skill development, the new qualifications complement the ITIL® scheme and provide an ideal stepping stone between the ITIL® Foundation and Intermediate Qualifications in IT Service Management.

Meet Graham Morris
Graham has worked in the IT sector for over thirty nine years and throughout has been involved in IT at all levels, developing services and systems in different organisations working up to director level.

He implemented his first IT project in 1971 and by the early 90's, managed the execution of one of the foremost ITC systems in UK libraries, publishing articles, specifications and taken part in BBC TV programmes.
