QAI launched it's 'IT Service Management Leadership Awards 2009', this year at ITSM 2009.
 
The Award provides impetus & encourage contribution to the IT Service Management practices, skills & principles. The Award aims to recognize breakthrough
achievements & innovative approaches in the IT Service Management process that aim to make successful products & services in the IMS Industry.
 
The Award serves as a vehicle to build a knowledge base of approaches, solutions & the benefits of implementing IT Service Management solutions. It facilitates communication & dissemination of best practices in the industry & also aim to bring long term improvements & recognition to the Service Management professionals across the industry.
