Many process improvement methodologies appear to conflict with each other or at least downplay the contribution of other methodologies. This montage of tools and philosophies creates the illusion of conflicting strategies. This presentation will view the basics of three improvement methodologies and present a model to help you understand their concepts and effects and similarities and differences.

SriRam is awarded Doctorate for his Phd thesis on Enterprise Project Management, with special focus to IT. He is a BTech Mechanical and Production Engineering, MBA in IT and Marketing from Adam Smith university. He also holds a Masters in International Business from IIFT and a PGD in Global Strategy Management.
