Information Technology has made significant impact since its introduction to the E-Commerce business. It has changed the way people and industries buy and sell across the globe. Nevertheless over the few years, online crime and theft involving credit card data has also become big business for cyber criminals. This ease of shopping has accompanied serious concerns about data security, protection of shopper identities and corresponding financial hazards. To help address this, organizations have turned to various practices and quality methods like IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COBIT and COSO along with other auditing standards such as ISO, PCI etc.
The presentation will capture the organization’s experience of how ITIL helped them bring the PCI rigor into their internal IT management processes and helped improve over a period of time to match with evolving organization demands.

He has also participated in multiple CMM®, CMMI® and PCMM® assessments as ATM. He holds a MBA (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Digant comes with over 11 years of extensive implementation experience on various Quality Assurance models like TQM, Six Sigma, CMM®, CMMI®, ISO-9000, PCMM®, ECE Certification, ITIL, BS7799, QS-9000 implementation and Vendor Process Assessments. He is a certified quality analyst and lead auditor, has participated in many CMM®, CMMI®, and PCMM® assessments as ATM. He holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur. |
