ITIL based service management is becoming popular and widely deployed across the globe. However, it is mostly limited to process deployment and implementation of few best practices with limited tangible benefit to the business. IT/business alignment drives bottom-line benefits and hence need to be considered as 'must-have'. Being close to the business means being close to your customer and hence improves customer loyalty and long term growth for your organization.
This presentation explains the aspirations and expectations of CIOs to achieve IT Business alignment and suggests approaches and tools required to achieve the same. You will understand how to direct the IT investment to areas that will give larger visible benefits to the business. |
