QAI's 4th International Colloquium on IT Service Management (ITSM 2009), this year is scheduled to take place on March 16, 2009 at Hotel Le Meridien in Bangalore, India.
ITSM 2009 aims to bring together thought leadership in IT Service Management at a common platform. This will be a unique forum for exchanging, learning and accelerating implementation of best practices in the domain of IT Service Management, ITIL® and ISO 20000.
