Moving from managing through metrics to managing using high maturity requires a paradigm shift. In a scenario where the project managers are already trying to balance stringent deadlines, tough clients and demanding teams, it is a challenge for the organization to get a buy-in from the project managers to make this shift effectively.

Meet Andrew Cook
Andrew Cook is a Senior Executive at Accenture. He is currently the Delivery Performance lead for the Asia Pacific Region (Offshore) Delivery Centre Network for Technology. In this role he has responsibility for Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives for the over 40,000 staff providing services from Accenture’s Delivery Centres in India, Philippines and China. He has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked with private and public organisations across Europe gaining broad experience across the Software Development Lifecycle on multiple IT-led transformation engagements. He specialises in Solution Shaping, IT Strategy and Program and Project Management. |
