Productivity Improvement Using Automation in Project Planning, Monitoring and Control

  In a complex and large project with multiple features, management requires different and multiple reports for monitoring, control, initiation of proactive/corrective actions and resource utilization. Lot of effort is required from Quality Analyst and project management to prepare these kinds of reports. To reduce the repetitive effort automated dashboards (graphical/tabular) are prepared using macro skills This automation helps in reducing the effort significantly, to be more specific overall effort saving is approx 80-90%.     Ashish Jain comes with over 6 years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance. In his current role, he is actively involved in providing process quality assurance support to new development, feature enhancement and maintenance projects. He has hands-on experience on Software Quality Assurance, Metrics analysis, QMS Process Definition & implementing and auditing systems based on various Quality Assurance models like TL9000/ISO9000, CMMI®, etc.
