| Demystifying High Maturity Implementation Using Statistical Tools & Techniques |
- Sreenivasa M. Gangadhara, Ajay Simha, Amit Bhattacharjee and Archana V. Kumar
|
A very good paper. Excellent start, sub-process performance evaluation including proving, why a particular sub-process is critical. ANOVA exercise was very good, so was the trend analysis. The paper addresses the core issue in attaining High Matuirty, i.e. statistical analysis. It also introduces simple tools and their applications (unlike other papers). It provides more food for thought and leave ample space for experimentation. Discusses the core elements of QPM and OPP, which are good takeaways for readers and listeners.

First Runner Up: Capgemini |

| High Maturity Implementation in ERP Engagements |
| - Avinash Bharj and Mitta Rout |
A good paper - Logical too. Improvements are quantified, but improvements in mean and standard deviation are not translated into business impacts, in terms of either ROI or a quantification of effort savings or cycle time reduction. Has something new to offer. |

| Ensure on time Delivery for Maintenance Projects
|
| - Rekha Ramrakhiyani and Santosh Kumar
|
Good attempt to detail how maintenance projects are handled. Especially, from effort estimation stand point. The paper seems generic on a first read, second read brings out the details and the messages. Aptly supported by data and written quite simply.
