This paper will provide audiences an insight on how we designed & implemented CMMI v1.2 (Dev) HM practices for SAP engagements, particular for the SAP ABAP development. One of the pioneering initiatives that provided foundation for HM implementation was on sizing of SAP ABAP FRICE objects, which assisted driving improvements in the area of Productivity & Quality. This paper will also provide a brief on SAP ABAP sizing in terms of SAP-Units.  

Meet Avinash Bharj
Avinash Bharj is a  CQA and certified Black Belt. Avinash has fourteen years of industry experience, and has handled several process certification and improvement programs under ISO, CMM, Lean and 6 Sigma. He has also worked extensively on process automation and process consultancy assignments. In his current role, he is responsible for process implementation & improvements across all the Business Units.
