Quality is dependent on people delivering it. While there can be many metrics and processes set to implement and measure quality, it is effective only if it is internalized and becomes part of the behaviour. Any change is effective only if it is sustainable, and that is why it is important to go beyond mere process changes and focus on behavioural changes that benefit in the long run.
This presentation will talk about how to inculcate a “quality” behavior in people and how to make it part of the culture of the organization.
