iGenie: Innovation Program for School and Undergraduate Students

QAI has launched the iGenie program with 50+ hours of skill development workshops for kids. The program is based on internationally known methodology, tools and techniques for developing innovation skills in kids and adults. It will help kids in the age group of 7 -15 years acquire the core skills of innovators.

The workshops are done in multiple sessions involving hands-on exercises to channelize the creative energies of kids to better understand their environment and to generate practical answers to real world situations.

The Program has been custom designed to meet the requirements of different users.

  • Corporate Employee Engagement Kids Welfare Programs
    • Demonstrate the long term commitment of the organization in welfare program for kids of the staff.
    • Equip parents and guardians in separate briefing and training session with the understanding of the program content so that they can continue the process of skill development of the kids through different techniques.
    • Help foster greater bonding between the staff and the organization
    • Increase the acceptance of out of the box thinking in staff by demonstrating the applicability through kids.
  • Train the Trainer Program for teachers in schools and undergraduate programs.
    • Learn the skills for enhancement of thinking ability imparted to students and incorporate that as part of their regular programs or as a separate curriculum.
    • Help students accelerate their pace of learning, generate out of the box ideas and also enjoy the process of learning at schools.

The iGenie Batch of May 2010

The batch of students between 8 to 15 years started from May 18th, 2010 are undergoing the first round of full-day training program under the experienced guidance of our trainer and consultant Mr. Aditya Bhalla.

The students enjoyed themselves fully and more than eager to get trained every day in their holidays. Each round of training will cover newer skills such as Perspective Thinking, Inventive Opportunities, Resource Thinking, Ideality Thinking, Contradiction Thinking and many more.
