Role:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Owning and implementing various HR initiatives and projects having strategic impact on the organization.
  • Responsible for handling various HR aspects including Induction, Trainings, Employee Relations, Payroll, Exits, HR MIS management etc.
  • Support in hiring as required
  • Ensuring adherence to existing policies and guidelines
  • Research and benchmarking on industry best practices and suggesting improvements to policies and processes
Skills RequiredWhat you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in generalist Human Resource Management 
  • Knowledge of contemporary tools/ methods used in the industry
  • ability to understand the business and work with different teams accordingly
Experience3- 5 years of relevant experience
