Job Title Assistant Manager- Business Finance
Location  Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent in this role shall be responsible for:

  • Handling Financials and P&L for units independently
    • Supervising revenues, receivables, payables, funds management and accounting
    • Controls and checks on costs and tracking of projects
    • Preparing and checking periodic MIS and Reports
    • Ensuring timely and smooth audit and accounts finalization
    • Ensuring timely tax & legal compliances
  • Periodic MIS and Audit Coordination
    • Preparing and releasing monthly and ad hoc Group MIS reports as per defined templates and timelines
    • Helping in statutory, tax & internal audit coordination of various entities for ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner
    • Preparation and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements as per standards
  • Working on Direct Tax, GST, RBI regulations and FEMA
  • Handling and working with the business teams on the budgeting/costing process for contracts/ projects and tenders
  • Reviewing and participating in discussions related to agreement with partners and customers
Skills & Experience Required
  • Qualified CA
  • Work experience in IT/ IT services / Consulting company preferred
  • Highly process oriented
  • Good spoken & written English
  • 2-3 years post-qualification work experience in similar role
