QAI consultant was instrumental in ensuring the success of the restructured team performance without any breach in SLA. The Customer satisfaction grew substantially.  Within 3 months, was awarded "certificate of Achievement" for improving the Customer's satisfaction level. All the IT service processes at Roche were based on ITIL® framework. Some of the key processes that were adapted to the customer's requirements were Service Level Management, Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
