Navyug Mohnot, CEO

Navyug Mohnot is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Post that, Navyug went to the US to do a PhD from the University of Rochester. Navyug pioneered the concept of Operational Excellence and contributed to growth of the IT industry on the bedrock of quality.

Thomas Ticknor, COO

Thomas Ticknor has over 25 years of experience in IT software development and quality. Thomas has a wide range of experience including management of product design teams, development teams, software QA and testing departments.

Dan He, Chief Mentor, China

Dan He has over 15 years of experience in software and system development, quality initiatives of process improvement and expertise in CMMI implementation. Dan is SEI^SM Authorized SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser^SM. Dan is also the first CSQA in China.
